Arnav was a government employee living in delhi.one day when he was coming back from his office to home . He in the route saw a very long line people standing in front of employment exchange office to get job.arnav then contacted the people there and started awaring them of various schemes by the government to help the jobless people which includes 'MNEREGA' and 'ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT ROJGAR YOJANA' which has budget of 22000 crores providing job to the needy ones. He also told them to register to the official website. People realised and left the line being influenced by the scheme
Gaurav was 21 year old H.N.B.G.U University student, who went to employment exchange office to register his name on reaching there he saw a huge line and ruckus created over there , he went to the people standing over there and advised them and with their cooperation divide the line between boys and girls then he went to the employment officer and asked the officer number of documents required. after that he with the help of boys and girls filtered out the people having those documents, and one's who were not having advised them to have all the documents by the time let other one's get their job done and ensures with the people smoothness of the task.
Government introduced a new facility by the name of employment exchange , where young graduates can apply for the job as per their qualification . Abhijeet who recently got graduated from his college decided to apply for the job in the employment exchange with some of his colleagues , but when he reached their he saw their was huge line already their applying for the job after waiting in the line for many hours he got a chance to fill the form and luckily after a week he got interview call from the organisation amd finally he got a job
Abhishek,25,Incharge of the employment exchange office in Tehri Garhwal,UK was designated a duty to conduct an employment drive in his district in which youth of age 18-27 were called up with their educational certificates and documents along with their identification proof & photographs.They were to be inducted in government jobs based on the skills in which they are specialised.He instructed regional officers to keep a check on all the subdistricts lying in the area so that everyone is benefitted through this scheme.
Satender was the head of employment exchange at Chhatarpur district MP. He was concerned about the increasing unemployment of youngsters. He studied the previous statistics and came out with decesion to employ the youth in diffrent fields as well. He approached the nearby factory owners and other small cap industries and convinced them for employment of young dynamic hardworking youth. He also addressed the youngsters about pradhanmantri yojna to startup business and helped in every way to provide loan and setup the small business to make them independent and earn livelihood. He also taught them about savings and future investments for their family and salary management techniques. This way he was able to divert the youngsters in various fields so that they could Eran for family and themselves
Rahul was a 18 year old school student . Who lived in a village and he was a NCC cadet . he was walking on road then he saw that many people collected at the employment office. Who all stand in indiscipline. he go their and says the people stand the proper way. Followed rules and keep patience. if you keep patience then everyone's work will be done . everyone did the same and everyone's work done . Then all the people were very happy .
