    Humbly tell the hostel mess staff about the issue and ask them to look into the issue to be solved on thier end, but if still the problem persist i will complaint to the accountable authority about the problem.

    First of all I will go to the chef and if nothing changes than go to the higher authority to take it on a serious note that it is not healthy for the people who consume it daily it will damage their health too and the place authority would be hold responsible by the house memeber or other checking team
