Rishi was a 21 year old college student studying in Mumbai. His best friend used to live in Delhi and they hadn't met in a while so, he decided to visit after his exams got over. Soon, his exams got over and he went to Delhi where he met up with his friend. They were really happy to see each other and decided to spend the day together. Akash was an IAS officer. One day he visited his areas village which is across the river. He saw that a wooden bridge which is not in good position was build on the river. Which is danger for the village people. He passed order to the concerned authorities to construct a cemented bridge over the river. When bridge prepared, village people thanks to the Akash an IAS officer. Village people now move their agricultural transport over the river. Akash was also satisfy with his work.
